Why it is different

Not a tool you check. A collaborator that checks in with you.

The audits and builds fix how your business runs. This is for how you run: the objectives you keep meaning to protect, the commitments that quietly roll over, the planning that slips when the week gets loud.

The cadence, on your terms
Weekly planning. What matters this week, before it fills up.
Morning brief. The day's focus, in one place.
Evening review. New and rollover commitments, caught before they slip.
How it works

Four steps to a Strategic Chief of Staff that knows you.

We meet to go through your process.

How you work, what a good week looks like, and where things tend to slip. This is the part where I get out of theory and into your reality.

You run a prompt that interviews you.

I send a prompt you use inside your own LLM. It interviews you about what is most important and your key objectives, and produces a context file. You send that file to me.

The agent checks in with you, and learns.

Your Slack agent uses that context for regular check-ins on the cadence you prefer, weekly planning, a morning brief, an afternoon or evening review of new and rollover commitments. It gets to know you and your preferences over time.

We review and decide what is next.

We meet to review how working with your Chief of Staff is going, tune the cadence, and decide where to take it from here.

I point the way, then walk beside you or get out of the way. The agent is built so it can run without me.

It starts with a short application about how you work. If it is a fit, I will reach out.
